Welcome to the first in the nation internet radio show solely dedicated to the universal phenomenon of Karaoke. We hope to provide a show that will be both entertaining and informative, a virtual meeting place for what's happening in the world of Karaoke. "That's Karaoke" will also be laced with humor, satire and fun (mostly fun).
More specifically, planned segments will include the latest Karaoke product information (hardware & software), discussion and analysis of some of the more significant Karaoke events, showcasing of outstanding (or humorous or peculiar) Karaoke artists, telephone interviews with interesting Karaoke personalities, original comedic characters and perhaps some taped segments from visits to selected Karaoke venues.
In this episode you can find out all about the exciting new TV competition, "9 on the Town's Karaoke Challenge", as they search for Southern California's "best" Karaoke singer. It should be a lot of fun for everybody. Peter & Manny interview Jeff Androsky, President of Production & Development for Tri-Crown Productions, the producers of the show.
Then the boys take a trip to the Karaoke library and talk to two authors of Karaoke "how to" books, Dax Radtke in Homer, Alaska and J'ean-Edward Demery (aka Mr. J'ean) in Southern California.
